    Please allow Jaszy The Brand 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. While most purchases do ship out sooner.
  • How do I know you received my order?
    Once your order is processed, you will receive a confiramation email regarding your order.
  • Which delivery options are available?
    We offer standard delivery options, as well as next day and expedited shipping. Feel free to email jasmin@jaszythebrand.com, if you need your items by a specific date.
  • Is everything in stock?
    Once we received your order, we will check for stock availability. We will contact you if there are any items that might be out of stock, and when they are due back in stock. We try our hardest to keep all items in stock.

  • How do I return a custom order?
    For all returns please email, jasmin@jaszythebrand.com, custom orders do have a $15 restocking fee on returns.

    Items must be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of original purchase for full refund.

    All purchases will come with a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update.

  • What is the Divine Collection?
    The Divine Collection means surpassing excellence; it is where comfort meets luxury, the items in this collection are exceptionally high quality and comfortable garmets. Garmets contain the finest U.S. Grown Pima Cotton or 100% Organic Cotton. These items are pre-shrunk and treated to ensure minimal shrinkage. Every thread, button and other accessories has been testing for harmful substances and that the article therefore is harmless for human health. All garments are produced in a wind mill powered, Fair Trade Certified facility. This means that these products were grown, harvested, crafted and traded in ways that improve lives and protect the environment. Some items in this collection include Organic Cotton Hooded Sweatshirts, Organic Cotton Crewneck Sweatshirts, Organic Cotton Sweatpants and Cashmere Merino Wool Beanies. Sweatshorts and American Grown Supima 100% Cotton Short/Long Sleeve T-shirts will soon be added to the collection.
